Privacy

We use enquiry information only to respond, assess the requested service, provide services, manage billing where applicable, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.

Enquiry and unsuccessful-lead data is deleted or anonymised around 12 months after the last contact. Contract, accounting, legal and support records are retained only for as long as needed. Production data is normally deleted 30–90 days after handover, and backups are normally retained for up to 90 days, subject to legal exceptions.

Hosting, email, payment and analytics providers may process data only as needed to provide those services. Optional analytics are not loaded until you choose to allow them. Do not submit passwords, confidential customer data or information requiring a contract decision through this site.

Privacy rights and legal requirements vary by location. For requests about your information, contact us at the email address above.

Service terms

  • Scope, timeline, revisions, fees, expenses, acceptance, intellectual-property arrangements, Security Level and SEO Level are confirmed in the individual proposal and agreement.
  • Website creation is normally 50% before work begins and 50% before launch and final handover. Exceptions are agreed in writing.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights clearance of supplied copy, photos, logos, prices, operating hours and other materials.
  • Custom member systems, booking systems, payment systems, complex ecommerce, external API development, photography and major migrations are separately scoped and quoted.
  • Monthly care plans have a three-month minimum. After that, notice by the end of the previous month ends the service at the end of the following month.
  • Ongoing search analysis, content additions and competitor review are separately scoped as SEO Growth. They are not included in ordinary care unless agreed in writing.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

International prices are fixed in USD, not currency conversions. Payment instructions are provided only after the proposal and agreement are confirmed, by bank transfer or an available online-payment service. This site does not collect automatic payment from prospective clients. Payment rails, receipt currency and exchange handling depend on the provider used.

Before work begins, refunds may be considered after incurred third-party costs. After work begins, completed work, incurred third-party costs and reserved capacity are reconciled. Work already delivered for a client-initiated cancellation, and creation fees after launch or final handover, are normally not refundable. If we cannot provide agreed work, we consider a refund or reconciliation for the unprovided portion.

Responsibility boundaries

We take reasonable security and quality measures, but cannot guarantee prevention of every cyberattack, unauthorised access, DDoS event, malware event, network outage or disruption at a third-party provider such as Cloudflare, Vercel, Google, Stripe, an external API or booking provider. Individual agreements set reasonable boundaries for events outside our reasonable control, changes made by a client or third party, and client account management.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and set out in an individual agreement, indirect, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-opportunity and business-interruption losses may be limited. The proposed aggregate cap is the amount actually paid for the affected project, or for ongoing care, the amount paid for that service in the 12 months before the event. This does not seek to exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing timing, traffic, bookings, leads, revenue, profits, advertising results or the effects of search algorithm changes. SEO provides an understandable, discoverable structure and agreed improvements; it does not promise a commercial outcome.

The standard governing law in our individual agreements is Japanese law. Mandatory rules that may apply to an overseas client or engagement are not excluded merely by that choice. The final governing-law and jurisdiction terms are confirmed in the individual agreement.
