Common terms
- Care plans begin with a three-month minimum. After that, notice by the end of the previous month ends service at the end of the following month.
- Unused time does not roll over. Work beyond the agreed time or request limit is quoted before work begins.
- Client-owned accounts are the normal default for domain, hosting, analytics, payments and booking systems.
- SEO Growth is separately scoped after launch; ongoing search analysis, content additions and competitor review are not included unless agreed in writing.
- We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing timing, traffic, bookings, leads, revenue, profits, advertising results or outcomes affected by search algorithm changes.
